Yes, cleanliness is a top priority for us. All of our rentals are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. We take extra care to sanitize high-contact areas and ensure every inflatable is dry, debris-free, and ready for your event.

To ensure a smooth setup and successful event, the customer is responsible for providing the following:

Water Access (for water slides):

• The customer must provide a working water source.

• We supply one hose to reach the top of the slide; however, you may need to provide an additional hose to connect from your water spigot to our hose.

• The water does not need to be running when the inflatable is not in use.

Electrical Outlet:

• A working 110 household outdoor electrical outlet must be located within 50 feet of the setup area. We supply the extension cord. 

•  Some of the larger Slides may require 2 separate dedicated circuits. 

• Power may be turned off when the inflatable is not in use.

Setup Area Preparation:

• The designated setup area must be ready prior to delivery.

• Please ensure the area is clear of animal waste, yard debris, vehicles, and any other obstructions that could interfere with safe installation.

Having these items prepared in advance helps us complete your setup efficiently and safely.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is applied to you total balance due at time of delivery.

Your reservation request is NOT secured until deposit is paid via our secured credit card system.

For the safety of all participants, constant adult supervision is mandatory at all times while the inflatable is in use. A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present to monitor activity, ensure rules are being followed, and manage the number and size of participants using the unit.

All renters are required to follow the safety guidelines outlined in our Terms and Conditions within the rental contract. These rules are in place to help prevent injuries and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

To ensure a safe and successful installation, all inflatables must be set up on a flat grass area that is free from any ground or overhead obstructions. The setup space must be completely clear of:

• Animal waste

• Yard debris (sticks, rocks, mulch, etc.)

• Animals

• Vehicles

• Low-hanging branches, power lines, or other overhead hazards

• Any other obstacles that could interfere with safe installation or operation

• We do NOT set up on Rock,Sand, or dirt

Please note that we cannot set up over a septic tank or septic system area under any circumstances. The renter is responsible for informing our staff of the exact location of the septic tank and any underground utilities prior to setup. If the proposed area is above or near a septic system, you will need to designate another qualified location that meets all of the requirements listed above.

These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety of all participants and to protect your property. If you are unsure whether your space meets these requirements, we are happy to review photos or discuss your setup area in advance.

A valid credit/debit card is required to be kept on file for incidental charges. In the event of damages,excessive cleaning, Hard water (well) stains, or contract violations. Applicable fees may be charged to card on file. Customer will be made aware of any incidental charges.

You may pay balance on your rental via Card, Cash or Zelle.

Yes, we do offer overnight rentals under the following conditions:

• The setup location must be a residential home occupied by the renter.

• The unit must be placed in a secure backyard area.

• The area must be free from animals, vehicles, and any conditions that could lead to damage or theft.

At this time, overnight rentals are only available for homes located in Deltona, Orange City, DeLand, Lake Helen, or DeBary.

Please note that we do not allow overnight setups in parks, public areas, schools, or churches.

We are currently offering a special promotion — 2 days for the price of 1, making overnight rentals an even better value.
